How do I place an order online?
Please make purchases directly on www.nuumi.com. Due to constantly changing stock availability, we do not accept mail-order requests.

What are accepted forms of payment?
Nuumi requires payment with a credit card, and we currently accept Visa and Mastercard issued anywhere around the world. We cannot accept cheques, cash, or money orders as payment. Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization. When an order is placed, Nuumi will authorize your credit card to verify the funds are available.

What currencies do you accept?
All prices on our Nuumi website are listed in US Dollars, and charged in US Dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay will be determined by the bank that issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.

Do I need to pay sales tax or customs?
If your delivery address is in Hong Kong, you will not be subject to sales tax.

International orders are often subject to duties and taxes in addition to the price Nuumi charges, and are billed by your country's customs department upon arrival. We will prepare customs forms for international packages that will list the value of the contents of your order by product type. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift" but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.


What shipping method is used?
Nuumi products are shipped to over 40 countries. We use Aramex Express courier service to deliver to most of our international locations. For our customers in the following countries in Asia, we will use SF Express as our delivery company (Hong Kong/Macau, China, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan).

How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed on business days (Mon-Fri), and done so within 1 day of order receipt to ensure that your items are shipped to you as soon as possible. You will receive an email notifying you that the order has been processed and shipped. Delivery time is 2-5 days worldwide.

These are estimated delivery times only and we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Although Nuumi.com cannot guarantee delivery times, we do our best to process orders as soon as we receive them.


What are your shipping costs?
We currently offer flat-rate shipping and handling depending on the zone you ship to.
  • Zone 1 – Hong Kong: $5 (FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50)
  • Zone 2 – China, Macau, Taiwan: $8
  • Zone 3 – Singapore: $8
  • Zone 4 - Malaysia: $8
  • Zone 5 - Indonesia, Philippines: $8
  • Zone 6 – Rest of Asia Pacific: $25

These shipping costs do not include customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may be levied when the product reaches the destination country.

Can I track my order?
You will receive a shipment tracking number via email.
  • For orders in Hong Kong/Macau, China, Singapore, South Korea, and Taiwan, please visit http://en.sf-express.com for English or http://hk.sf-express.com/ for Chinese, and enter in your tracking number in “Track and Trace”
  • For all other countries, please visit www.aramex.com, and enter in your tracking number in “Track Your Shipment”.



Do you offer gift packaging?  
Yes we do!  Gift packaging is included as an option during checkout.  Gifts are wrapped in tissue paper with a Nuumi sticker. Your customized gift message is hand written on a gift card and placed inside the box finished off with a beautiful ribbon.  Bath Towel Sets and the 6pc Welcome Baby! Gift Set additionally come in a beautiful Nuumi gift box.  Gift boxes are then shipped in a recyclable/biodegradable plastic bag to protect your gift packaging during shipment. Gift packaging adds $5.00 to the handling service.   

How can I purchase a gift certificate?
Sorry, but we currently do not offer gift certificates. 

Some of your items are out of stock? What can I do?
We try our best to keep our favorite items in stock, but inevitably some of our products will be low or run out of stock.  We currently do not offer back-ordering of out-of-stock items.


What is Verified by Visa and SecureCode MasterCard?

This is a service provided by Visa and MasterCard (MC) globally to provide additional security that confirms your identity with an extra password when you make an online transaction.  Depending on the card issuer, the additional security can come in the form of a OTP (one-time-password) sent to your mobile device, a password, your passport number, others.  Most cards are now issued with Verified by Visa or SecureCode MasterCard pre-registered.

When you pay with your Visa/MC card, the Verified by Visa/SecureCode service will launch automatically. After you enter your Visa/MC card number and submit your order, a Verified by Visa/SecureCode window will appear and your card issuer will display an authentication page. Enter your information and password and click submit. Once your identity is verified, your checkout continues.

If your card issuer does not offer Verified by Visa or SecureCode MasterCard, you can continue to use your Visa or Mastercard as usual.

If your card issuer does offer Verified by Visa or SecureCode Mastercard, and you have not yet made an online purchase, you can activate your card in the Verified by Visa/SecureCode window by entering in the authentication information when prompted by your card issuer.  Once activated, your password can be used on any other secure online site that offers Verified by Visa or SecureCode in the future.
